• Min. Diploma degree majoring in Secretary
• Presentable, well organized and meticulous (having great attention
to details) individual
• Fast learner (easy to familiarize technical jargons) in order to
cope with the job responsibilities
• Enjoy working in a challenging environment under tight deadline
and minimum supervision
• Excellent English communications skills (written and spoken);
• Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office

• Able to multi-task and work long and irregular hours;
