Our client, a sole implementation partner for *Business Performance Management, Risk Management, and Incentive Management* world class *software * in Indonesia, based in Jakarta, is seeking candidates for the following positions: *1. **Sales Director** (code **H-1**)* · Target oriented to achieve annual sales quota, aggressive, independent, high level of confidence. · Being an Executive, should have strong leadership in product/market development, as well as overseeing technical team. · Has around 5 years of experience in doing IT software solution sales. *2. **Project Manager** (2 persons, code **H-2**)* · Has around 5 years in leading full cycle implementation processes (user requirement, scoping, design, customization/development, testing, documentation, training, maintenance, etc.). · Has good leadership in managing technical team and project. · Has good interpersonal relationship with clients. *3. **Functional Consultant** (code H-3)* · Has strong functional background in one/more areas: finance, accounting, banking, insurance, production, etc. *4. **Product Manager** (code H-4)* · Interested to go in-depth one/more product and be ready to act as Pre-Sales Consultant. * * *5. **Business Analyst** (code H-5)* · Doing implementation and technical support roles, creative in alternative solutions. *General requirements:* · Good in health, leadership, personality, communicative, and integrity. · Has relevant education background and working experience. · Eager to learn, develop, and share for stronger team. · Creative, independent, passion to grow.
