This is my direct client opening for *Seibel Systems Designer/Team Lead - Toronto ON*. This is a 6 months contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Locals are preferred. * * Job Description: -We are looking for Seibel Systems Designer/Team Lead having strong experience with Campaign Management for Seibel Application Development -A Siebel Systems Designer/Team Lead on the Siebel Services team within e-Business Call Center Solutions. -The team is responsible for providing information delivery solutions, researching CRM technology, providing customization and extensions to Siebel software that supports Client's Group Benefits. -Group Retirement Customer Care Centers as well as the Customers Solutions Center Job Responsibilities: · Participate on the Siebel Solutions team providing skills for business requirement clarification, design solutions, Siebel configuration and customizations; · Configure the Siebel System in the following areas: email response, enterprise application integration, virtual business components integration, Siebel workflow, assignment manager, communications manager, Genesys CTI integration, web service integration, enterprise integration manager, e-scripting; · Should have good experience with Campaign Management · Assist with ensuring project Deliverables or work product are delivered on schedule, within budget and meet Client's quality standards; and communicate to management all project, environment, client, vendor and supplier issues and recommend resolutions. Job Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of progressive information technology experience, with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience in a development environment; · Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM technology and Siebel in particular. · Must have completed Siebel essentials training for version 7x; · knowledge of relational databases in particular Oracle 10 and SQL; · excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills; · good knowledge of change management and problem management processes; · strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and · Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
