Required: Looking for a person with deep performance/scalability/stress testing experience. This person will lead the effort to develop and document a system stress testing plan. The system at hand will be a J2EE system using ESRI's ArcGIS server. There will be high transaction volumes and hundreds of users. The person will also be responsible for the execution of the plan. The candidate needs to have experience in this area - ideally with Mercury LoadRunner, but another tool might suffice.
