Position 1: Senior SAP BW Developer Location: Bay Area Duration: 3 Months Responsibility: . Analyze current solution and make necessary changes to improve performance and correct defects Required Skill Set: . 8+ Years . BW 7.0, ABAP. BW technical experience across multiple functional areas _____ Position 2 : Business Analyst Location: Austin Duration: 3 Months Responsibility: . Will work with business partners to help define and document business requirements. . Will analyze current system capabilities to identify gaps in functionality vs. requirements. . Will provide project deliverables for project documentation of business requirements and functional analysis. . Will interact with business focals and project team. Required Skill Set: . 3-5 Years. . Must be experienced in requirements gathering and documentation of said requirements. . Must be able to document testing requirements and develop RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix). . Must be able to work with application teams to understand, define and document gaps in current functionality vs. new business requirements. . Good understanding of Software Product Lifecycle (SPLC) required. . Must be comfortable working with ambiguity and comfortable working with all levels of employees from execs to technicians. . PMP/CAPM certification a plus. _____ Position 3: SAP CRM Data Load Consultant Location: Bay Area Duration: 6 Months Responsibility: . Conversion activities for PH2 B Sales & marketing team Required Skill Set: . 3-5 Years . LSMW for Master Data, CRM & ECC. Ms-Access & Excel proficiency will be a plus. . SAP CRM 7, ECC 6.0. . The person will be responsible for converting the legacy data for customer master, CRM transactions like opportunities, quote, sales orders. _____ Position 4: BW Trainer Location: Bay Area Duration: 3 Months Responsibility: . Train end user on BW capabilities Required Skill Set: . 8+ Year. . BW trainer or BW expert with training experience. Someone who has worked in SAP BW as functional / training consultant and can understand the current solution to develop training material for end users. _____ Position 5: SAP Transportation Consultant Location: Naperville, IL Duration: 4 + Months Opportunity for a SAP consultant that has good transportation experience in the Chicago area. The project is for a wholesale distribution customer in the Chicago area. It is a full cycle implementation. Blueprint is close to completion. Blueprint hast lasted approximately 3-4 months. We are contracting to finish Blueprint then the expectation is that this role would be extended through Realization, Final Prep, etc. Required Skill Sets: 1. Inbound transportation management: . Freight cost planning. o Managing freight cost is a huge part of how they manage overall margins. o This includes taking advantage of "cross-docking" to their other DCs. . Interface to Dock scheduling for receiving. . Interface with existing TMS2000 software which manages their inbound freight today 2. Outbound transportation management: . Truck load planning (may require using SAP SCM vs. ECC). o They currently have fixed routes from an external system called Appian. o They want to know in advance when a potential "load" is too big for a standard truck . Freight planning. o Shipment execution of fixed routes on outbound side, but they want to explore options. o Interface to external system for route planning. . Onboard truck monitoring. o Interface to onboard truck computers Basically, inbound transportation and outbound transportation with the goal of using primarily ECC and interfaces to non-SAP systems routing, tendering, etc. Workshop Presentations, Meeting Minutes, Blueprint documentation of proposed SAP solution of transportaton area with touch points to Purchasing, Sales and Distribution, and Warehouse, including identification and analysis of RICEF objects, and identified GAPS.
