Position : Java/J2EE Developer
Duration : 4 to 6 Months
Location : Kansas City
Rate : Open
Project description – This resource will be involved in multiple Web/Portal
development projects
that enable internal applications and customer self-service through
browser-based applications.
*REQUIRED SKILLS* :-
• Communication Skills in the 9-10 range
• 5+ Years Java/J2EE design & development experience.
• 3+ years experience with J2EE architecture design and development
involving JSPs,
Servlets, EJBs, JMS, and JNDI
• Experience with JSF and Struts frameworks. (Must be strong with JSF)
• Understanding of object-oriented design, re-use, and component-based
development.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written)
skills are required.
• Ability to work well with both business and I/T customers.
• Experienced with RAD/Iterative development methodologies.
• Experienced with Hibernate. (Must be competent)
• Experience with mentoring junior programmers.
• Experience with architecture, design and development of WebSphere
Portal Applications.
• Experience with Spring Framework. (must be very competent in this
skill)
*PLUS SKILLS* :-
Experienced with *eDirectory and DIRXML* development/integration.
