This is not a BMC Patrol implementation gig or a BMC consulting role, this is about using the tool post implementation and tweaking it as needed. I have gotten a lot of resumes in the for people that implement BMC Patrol, all great resume's but is not the job, however implementation experience is very helpful. *Position*: *Senior Monitoring Analyst* *Location*: Marlboro MA *Duration*: 3 mths with possible extension Excellent Communication Skills!!! *Job Description:* • Manage the queue of enhancement and support work for monitors • Provide on — call support for the monitoring environment on a rotational basis • Work in conjunction with the Project to ensure that changes to process and procedures are integrated into support processes • Provide reporting on a weekly basis with regard to work in queue and work completed • Manage communications with any off — shore development teams, if such a team is provided for in the terms of your proposal *Job Description*: This position will report to the Lead Systems Administrator for Monitoring in Global Operations.
