Experience with and understanding of the differences between Oracle 9i and 10g. Experience with and understanding of upgrade issues between WebLogic versions. Experience with Subversion, ANT, EJBs, and Web Services/SOAP/XML. Oracle Reports would be a major plus - Not development but upgrade exp. to Oracle 10g Manager Notes What it comes down to - We need someone with multiple versions of Oracle and Weblogic experience. Preferred is upgrade experience. There are various applications. vitria connectors, batch programs. All on different versions Some on WL 4.5/6/7/8 . We are doing first Oracle then Weblogic upgrade. The person will need Weblogic programming with Oracle experience. All data will be moved on WL 9 and Oracle 10. Someone who can look at code and understand whats going on. Ability to troubleshoot. Its not new code. You take existing code, move it onto new platform. Strong web application programming skills *ant*.
