Customer Focused Reliability Analyses often include studies of customers L2 and L3 networks. These studies are based on data collected from various network data bases. Currently, data extraction is a slow, manual, labor intensive process requiring repetitive operations via a number of GUIs. This project is to develop the capability to mechanize the data retrieval. *Job Description:* (What will the contractor do on that project?) 1. Define and document the high-level design of a system to mechanize the extraction of specified data from internal Oracle data bases. 2. Identify appropriate data sources selecting from various portals available. 3. Transition functional requirements to implementation requirements. 4. Describe the architecture to allow a user to specify data to be retrieved from the data stores. 5. Write SQL queries to retrieve data. 6. Write software to generate appropriate query and direct output of query results to Excel/Access. 7. Design and implement web page to accept query parameters. (Optional) 8.
