This is a very good requirement to close, 3 positions *Siebel Call Center, Sales and Finance Modules experience* *Duration: 6-12. Will go longer* *Client: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Jacksonville, FL Florida* *Immediate need * *3 Positions* They will hire off a phone interview. Rate $ 40 - $42/hr MAX *(Team I know the rates are low – it is what it is with the market)* The contractor will be responsible to work with the business and the internal team to develop and document the functional requirements in a Use case / supplementary spec format using *RUP methodology*.
