Advanced 3+ years programming experience with Java J2EE. Required Advanced 3+ years programming experience with FileNet 3.5 and above, including the use of the FileNet Java API and FileNet Content Engine Web Services (CEWS) API. Required Advanced Experience with Microsoft Access VBA. Desired Advanced Thorough understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles. Required Advanced 5+ years senior level IT programmer skills by industry standards. Required The Application/Software Engineer IV will supplement the Right of Way Gateway Subproject, and FileNet Upgrade project teams. Projects may change, based on Agency business needs and priorities. The Contractor shall provide services requiring the use of Java J2EE and IBM FileNet Content Manager to write, debug and deploy applications on both JBoss and WebSphere J2EE Application Servers. Contractor will provide expert analyst, maintenance and development services in support of these projects, including: Make changes and minor enhancements to applications as requested by ODOT; Research and resolve technical or design issues and provide recommendations to Agency ECM Technical Architect; Define the technical and functional requirements to complete a construction specification for components as requested by ODOT; Migrate JBoss applications to WebSphere; Develop the system components described in the design/construction specification(s); Write and perform unit, functional, and integration test cases; Resolve application errors; and regulary meet with project teams.
