The tool suite supports Configuration Management, Service Desk, Asset Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Development, and Reporting.*** * * *Background**: **ZENO is an Enterprise-level classified (TS/SCI) US Federal Government program for Data Center operations and maintenance. IBM is the Prime contractor.*** * * *Job Duties**:* * * *Job Duty – **Configure and customize the Program tool suite.
