*Business Analyst:* Location: Salem, OR Location: 3 Months Due to the nature and duties of this position, all interviews are REQUIRED to BE ON-SITE, Face-to-Face. NO phone interviewing will be allowed. The process may involve multiple on-site interactions. Vendor/Candidate is responsible for ALL related expenses (travel, lodging, parking etc.). Description: Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, process re-engineering and project management is required for this position. Experience engaging multiple business entities to establish business rules and governance policies required to implement a de-centralized approach to Web content management. Must have current skills in analysis methodologies required to review, analyze and evaluate and document business systems and user needs. Ability to formulate plan to implement new Web technologies. Plans and facilitates the training of multiple user groups on content management. Experience using Case Complete or other requirements management tool experience is a plus. Requires a high degree of creativity and ability to research and solve problems associated with new technologies.
