Peoplesoft Consultant with HRMS and Application Security experience Rate: $50/hr Boston, MA. 6 Months Skills Required: * Experience with 'hands-on" PeopleSoft HRMS application security in version 8.9 or 9.0. * In depth understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS application security 8.9 or 9.0 delivered security features and functionality (e.g. user profiles, roles, permission lists, row level department access, operator defaults, etc). * Understanding of portal concepts and configuration, specifically as they relate to PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal, HR Portal and PIA architecture. * Strong facilitation, communication, team building, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience with large organizations (50,000+ employee populations). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. * Ability to lead internal focus groups for the purpose of gathering requirements. Analytical thinker and ability to analyze the application security current state and make recommendations * PeopleSoft application designer experience and/or exposure. * Some experience with SQL on an Oracle DB platform.
