*Location: *Groton CT *Duration: *6 months Responsibilities: * Schedule meetings * Assist in collecting and setting agendas * Produce meeting minutes * Track actions * Track issues * Maintain program distribution lists * Maintain and track agenda items and escalated issues for resolution * Maintain and administer electronic program documentation storage areas * Maintain and track program deliverables * Maintain program document approval matrix and coordinate document review and approval cycles: * Manage document reviews, collection and incorporation of comments * Manage approval process, i.e., track and obtain signatures * Assist in preparation of presentation materials for use by the Program/Project Managers, as required * Assist in creating, monitoring and maintance of program plans * Assist in tracking the program budget * Assist the Program/Project to manage interactions with key stakeholders, sponsors and related projects as required * Produce Program progress reports and updates to management on a regular basis, e.g. scope, schedule, issues, risks, budget and status * Participate in a project close-out evaluation to assess how well the activities were managed and assist, as required, in preparation of an end-of-project report (addressing lessons learned and conduct any follow-on actions as may be required). * Report progress and issues in agreed-upon periodic updates, in accordance with the established status reporting process Thanks Shankar 248-522-6879 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
