SAP BI Functional Consultant South Florida 4 - 6 Months Consultant Requirements: * At least 5 yrs. SAP BW experience with 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of HR data in SAP BW 7 or 2004s. * Min 3 years functional HR experience preferred. * Experience in the following functional areas within SAP BW: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Personnel Time Management, Payroll, Training and Event Management, Compensation Management, Benefits * Good Depth of knowledge of HR reporting and experience with web report delivery required * Expertise with BW 7.0 reporting tools, Query Designer and Web Application Designer. * Expert creating BEx web Queries, web templates, Global Views, Workbooks, Calculated and Restricted Key figures, Variables (User Exit, Replacement Path, Text Variables, and Formula Variables), Structures, and Cell Definitions. * Experience utilizing Analysis Authorizations in reporting solutions. * Require good knowledge and experience using BEx Broadcaster. * Experience with customization of web templates, web reporting, web items and web templates creation using BW Web Application Designer (WAD). * Dashboard and/or reporting experience utilizing Visual Composer or WAD. * BI and Portal integration experience desired. * Well versed in technical blueprinting, data mapping, logical and physical data modeling. * Expert in Data modeling, Designing, Creating & Maintaining storage objects like InfoCubes, ODS, Info Sources, Data Sources and Extract Structures & Queries using BEx analyzer. * Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills. * Experience with life-cycle development methodologies. * Be able to think and recommend out of the box, creative reporting solutions.
