Need Local to Texas Only In-Person Required Business Analyst with Data Warehousing Experience San Antonio, TX 6 Months Minimum Requirements: * Working in the Information Technology (IT) industry -- 8+ * Employed as a business analyst for a software development or data warehousing project. -- 7+ * Effectively identifying, gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements with a variety of stakeholders. -- 7+ * Analyzing complex business problems and requirements, evaluating existing business methods and processes, decomposing high-level requirements, and recommending solutions. -- 7+ * Expertly using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) and modeling and mapping tools (such as Visio). -- 7+ * Experience acting in a consultative role to interpret customer business needs and translate those needs into technical and operational requirements. * Experience working successfully with technical and non-technical groups, work independently with direction from a project manager, and manage multiple responsibilities. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience * Experience working with the full system development lifecycle (SDLC) or data warehouse lifecycle. * Experience creating reports using Business Intelligence tools.
