SKILLS:

*             Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)

*             Oracle Application Express

*             Applications (TOAD, Cognos, Microsoft Access)

*             Structure Query Language (T-SQL, PL-SQL)

*             Visual Basic Scripts (VBS)

*             Structured Programming (i.e. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SAS)

*             Microsoft Office Applications  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

*             Out of the Box Thinker/Problem Solver

*             Dedicated, Self-Driven, and Result-Oriented

*             Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills

*             Technical and Analytical Aptitude

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

*             BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics is preferred.

*             Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, mortgage banking is preferred.

*             Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills, including good judgment, good problem solving skills and decision making abilities.

*             Minimum of 4 years experience with data mining tools and programming experience (SQL, Business Objects, TOAD, Access, VBA, SAS).

*             Desired - High degree of IT literacy, e.g. Views reporting packages, advanced Excel, Cognos, Access, and PowerPoint.

*             Excellent oral and written communication skills.

*             Prime mortgage, Non-Prime mortgage, and/or Home Equity business knowledge is highly desirable.

*             Prior collections / default experience is highly desirable.

*             Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations.

*             Ability to manage shifting priorities.
