Client will consider Direct Hire candidates or Contractors (6 Month+ contract). Candidates can either work from home or out of the clients Philadelphia location. The AdaM Specialist will be supporting the client sponsor's Biometrics project needs. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the Development of ADaM standards and associated documentation and will provide support for project teams that are adopting ADaM standards. Additionally, he/she will review data definition tables and other documentation to establish conformance with ADaM standards; maintain Sharepoint site for ADaM resources and respond to any inquiries; and also maintain a tracking system for monitoring the adoption of ADaM standards. All the development activities listed above are ongoing, similar to the development and governance of our CDISC SDTM implementation. Additionally, in this role, he/she will be responsible for: Creating library of protocol schema's overlaid with ADSL timing variables Help maintain a tracking system to document desired updates to published DDT's Help develop a tracking system to identify teams using ADaM and the extent of implementation Be point person for ADaM questions for at least 2 projects Review and contribute to the development of Quick Reference Guides (QRG) Attend weekly ADaM Implementation Team and ADaM SWAT Team meetings Requirements: 4 year computer science or math degree or equivalent. MS preferred. ADaM expertise - Outstanding and detailed knowledge of the model with 3 or more years of hands-on experience with writing specifications for all types of data and programming of datasets At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership skills including ability to plan and direct work activities, timeline management, project budget oversight, forecasting resource needs, effective organization and more. Project management experience a plus. Knowledge of biostatistics and statistical programming for clinical trial research. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required along with excellent communication. Some travel required for meetings. Please let me know if you need any more information.
