The client Commercial Operations team is starting an effort to implement
SalesForce.com for their SalesForce. We are requesting a resource with
SalesForce.com Development and Architecture experience.
Client is currently leveraging an in house tool that is well adopted and in
good technical standing. In order to align with larger corporate strategy
we will be shifting some of the current functionality to SFDC and creating
an approach to integrate the rest of the functionality that is
available. The resource will be expected to develop and ALSO teach as we
have a team of developers that will also be learning SFDC through hands on
work. This effort will follow the agile methodology.
*Skills Required:*
· Consulting / Architecture Capabilities.
o SFDC environment setup.
o Build an approach for integrating legacy functionality and
technology with SFDC.
o Provide un-biased direction based on prior experience regarding
customization and development.
o Teach and lead new developers learning the platform.
· SFDC Development.
o Visual Force.
o Apex.
o Canvas.
o Standard configurations / Admin tools.
*Nice to Have:*
· Adobe Flex knowledge.
· Experience with transitioning users to SFDC from a legacy
platform.
· Understanding of Integration requirements.
o Teradata (SQL).
o BTEQ - A tool used to extract batch data from TD.
o Informatica 9.2.
o Oracle.
o SFDC – Teradata Connector experience.
