Position Title: System Administrator Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 6 + Months EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent Minimum of 5 yr. experience in IT ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Windows servers and hardware, and HP Blade Servers and chassis. Windows operating systems experience to include NT4, Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012. Intel CPU based systems - HP Server-class BladeSystem Enclosures and ProLiant Blades. Experience with the following: - Enterprise backup systems - Enterprise Virtualization platforms, including VMWare ESX 4.X, and 5.X. - Enterprise Storage systems, SAN/NAS architecture - Windows clusters, physical and virtual - SQL server 2003, 2008, 2012 - Understanding of Citrix XenApp 6.5 and ability to troubleshoot related problems Apply company standards to new designs. Ability to determine Wintel configurations and requirements of new projects. Ability to understand project requirements and implement them using company standards. Create hand off documentation and support the Infrastructure Design and Transition during the build process. Detail oriented person who has the ability to see the big picture. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Background and understanding of IT controls and compliance. Project Management methodologies, Change Management, Risk Management Experience with regulatory environments including Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404 and governance frameworks including COSO, ITIL, COBIT and ISO17799. Solid PC skills and proficiency in office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint etc.).
