*Brief Description:* The agency is requesting a rewrite of an ACCESS/SQL application, Bridge Project Tracking System (BPT) and migrate it to an internet Microsoft .Net application. Most projects are initiated in the Statewide Program Planning System (PPS) that is maintained by the Office of Planning and Programming. The project data is fed nightly into the BPT application. Each project is based on a unique Structure number and a PPS number which are used basically as the primary key for the whole system. The application has four major components: Planning, Design, Repairs and Local Bridges. In addition BPT interfaces with SIMS (Structures InformationManagement System), PPS (Statewide Program Planning System), CES (Consultant Evaluation System), CSU (Consultant Services Unit System), Local Structures application (not BIP supported).
