Job Title: Transition Manager Location: Shelton, CT Experience Level/Designation: 8+Years Duration: 2 Years *1. Job Description:* *Transition manager* will lead global applications transitions in large multi-year program. The transition manager will participate in transitions during pre-transition workshops, due diligence, work-statement preparation, planning, execution and go-lives. (S)he will closely work with customer, partner and delivery teams, to ensure smooth transition to steady state. The transition manager will also be a point transition contact, will be part of transition management office (TMO) and manage, govern transitions. Transition manager should also have experience in managing transitions involving packaged application (*must have SAP transition experience*).
