Job Description/Skills Required: Job Purpose Manages the business technical support and change management for Grifols Diagnostic Solutions (GDS). Partner with the IT organization to maintain and improve the usability of the application. This position reports through Americas Global Service and Training. The individual provides service and support globally. Major Activities Responsibilities include: • Designee for GDS Siebel System Owner • GST business expert on the interaction\interface of Siebel, SAP and hardware support • Siebel application technical support for all GST Siebel users in partnership with IT organization • Develop and assists business to deliver end-user training to new employees/groups • Participate and may lead the business Siebel Change Request Committee ensuring effective coordination with global business users • Ensure all IT and business change control process are followed. Serves as functional owner as needed for Siebel GDS Change Control • Authors and updates Siebel related SOPs and work instructions • Represents the business process to the IT community during discussions of improvements of projects • Partner with IT Account Manager to anticipate future application needs and work with the business team to gain consensus around improvements and projects • May represent the GDS Siebel Application in internal/\external audits • Participates in various projects or product teams to provide product or organization insight • Perform additional duties assigned by the Management Specific Professional Competencies • Strong Interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills- ability to talk with a person instead of using Chat or e-mail as main source of communication. • Analytical/Problem Solving Skills • Conceptual thinking • Ability to understand highly complex information and simply in easy to understand terms • Technical acumen • Self-directed • Demonstrate collaboration with other functional groups • Possess strong verbal communication and technical writing skills • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills • Must be able to work in a challenging environment and be able to handle multiple priorities • Individual needs to be able to work in a team oriented and multitasking environment requiring interdepartmental interaction • Must be self-directed and able to work individually or with a group • Individual needs to be able to work in a team oriented and multitasking environment requiring interdepartmental interaction Ideal Background Education: B.S/B.A degree in Business, IT or relevant field or CRM/ERP certification Language: English Experience: 5-8 years’ experience in a customer service/quality organization working with a CRM system. Experience and knowledge of Siebel CRM is required OBIEE (Siebel Analytics) is desirable. Experience with SAP is required.
