*Rate: $50 Hr C2C* *Duration: 10+Mts* *We have interview times for Monday of next week. * *Here are the must haves:* *Top Three Skills:* 1) Solid 3+ years’ experience using TIBCO Spotfire, the analytics tool used for reporting. 2) Individual must have experience 1 to 3 years working in a Financial environment as they will be working strictly with the finance department 3) Must have prior project experience moving standard reporting efforts to a self-service model. They need to understand the cultural impact this makes on the organization as it relates to adoption and usability of the system. *Job Description: *Our TIBCO Spotfire consultant will be working closely with McKesson and the financial business team to help convert, at a minimum 300 reports from standard reporting environment into a TIBOC Spotfire tool. This is a big build effort over the next 12 months that will be focusing on getting all of these 300, plus dashboards written (this just accounts for the URFMG team and there are more that will be from Highland and Strong). There will be some involvement from McKesson as they are the source system for this data, but that will be something that our developer gets training on while on the job. Essentially the goal of this project is to take these 300+ reports and merge them into dashboards for the new self-servicing model. *Non-Technical Skills: *Great communication skills and the ability to interface with multiple layers of end-users.
