The resource will design the data architecture and ETL definitions to enable the hand-off to the delivery organization. The resource will also participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production trouble shooting. The resource will need to handle multiple assignments at the same time. *Position Responsibilities: * • Analyze SAP BW Requirements and provide estimates. • Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges • Ability to work with Business Analysts and Data Modelers on requirements gathering/clarification and design. • Implements and tests new or modified reports and/or programs. Corrects program errors. • Works with and advises clients in areas assigned on project needs and design. • Ability to estimate work effort for development and enhancement requests. • Maintains competency in the technology related to responsibilities . • Review design and documentation with architects. • Participate in troubleshooting initiatives for issues that arise. • Understand and utilize SAP BW Team tools, standards, and methodologies for project management, documentation, system development, and implementation. • Communicate with customer to ensure understanding of requirements. • Identify and capture requirements for smaller scale projects, participate in producing work estimates. • Maintain a productive relationship with business sponsors and end users. • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. *Required Skill Set: * · Experience 5+ of Implementation BW Architecture · Data Warehousing background with excellent skillsets Extraction, Modeling, Reporting with a Knowledge of SAP BW – BO Crossing point. · Expert level knowledge of Extended Star Schema · Trouble shooting of technical issues. · Demonstrate new technically finding with PoC . · Logical Design Demonstrated experience with large scale, multiple business solutions across divisions or enterprise · Knowledge of new Features of SAP BW’s latest releases · The person will work closely with the Process Teams, Project Teams, Business Customer, and BI Teams to delivery projects on time and budget. They will also be responsible for leading smaller projects/enhancements. · They must me competent in working with Project managers to track progress, issues, and coordinate work. · The person should be able to recommend improvements in development, maintenance, system standards, and process.
