*Duration: 4-12 months* *Rate: US$50/hr C2C * Senior SAP Payroll Functional Consultant (Remote Position) *Skills needed:* · Experience with setup and configuration options available while mapping/documenting the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the ERP system. · Ability to identify gaps between client requirements and available ERP system functionality and provide solutions to overcome these gaps. · Evaluate current business processes, requirements and impacts of new system. · Make recommendations for future state system that will support and improve flow of work. · Develops blueprint/design of build environment including; macro level of systems integration to a micro level of construction detail in order to achieve a common understanding of system requirements. · Documents functional specifications, technical specifications in order to allow other consultants to build, make changes or repairs. · Must ensure that the work of the various modules of the project is coordinated and meet the expectation of the system design. · Provides estimates for the required time to implement the design of the build environment. · Acts as coordinator of team of specialists who configure systems according to plan regularly updates project managers and sponsors about work progress and issues as well as assessments of severity and potential solutions to resolve issues. · Actively configures the system when necessary. · Develops test scripts and coordinates testing. · Provides subject matter expertise in the module supporting. · Ensures adequate training is provided to system users. · Assists UAT phase Go-Live. · Provides support to client during go-live phase through continued testing and resolving issues or concerns · Excellent communications & inter-personnel skills *Regards,* *Rahman, * *Sr Resource Recruiter* *rahm...@usmsystems.com <rahm...@usmsystems.com>* *703 246 1849* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
