If you are interested in the above opening please respond with your Consultants MS Word formatted resume, Billing Rate and Contact details. *Note: Please check the requirement before submitting the resume of your consultant* *Title: Core Java Developer* *Location : Bothell, WA* *Duration : 12+ months* *Need spring; hibernate; oracle; java* *Grails is a plus.* *Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* · Ability to think critically about using technology to achieve corporate goals and helping to drive the business forward. · Work with a team of highly motivated professional developers with specialized skill sets in JAVA, GRAILS, Weblogic, Oracle database development. · Design and develop internal application deployment systems/applications, systems interface, databases, and reporting, as required, to deliver new systems functionality supporting corporate business objectives. · Design and develop complete systems using Object Oriented Programming methodology to integrate with our evolving Deployment Automation Solutions – CA Lisa, Tibco Silver Fabric, Puppet and Oracle. · Responsible for software testing, database design, architecting, source control, documentation and user training in support of the development team. · Experience with agile and SCRUM methodology. · Utilize troubleshooting and advanced problem solving skills to provide advanced support to systems developed by peers, vendors, and IT. · Design and develop a system (web application and database) to manage application properties in a central database that is used during automated deployment of applications into dev, test, and production environments. This system is an integral part of our migration to a continuous delivery methodology. It isolates the environment administrators from application specific property update methods and provides a central information store for the current property values in a specific environment. · Perform Relational Data Modeling. · Perform SQL (Oracle) Database Administration. · Work with teammates to evaluate reporting requests, assess feasibility, develop prototypes, and implement a production/delivery plan. · Facilitate changes into production through IT via established change management processes, SOX and CPNI. · Work through the entire Software Development Life Cycle. *Qualifications Functional and technical skill requirements: * · Designing and developing JAVA web applications hosted in Weblogic. · Developing solutions using Oracle, including database design and maintenance.esigning and developing SQL Server Database Objects for data warehouse, data mart or decision support systems · Using SCM tools for software version control and build manage. Experience with Accurev and Jenkins preferred. · Understanding of requirements to develop, test and release software at a production level of quality. · Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment · Desire to share ideas and think outside the box · Perform manual testing tasks including unit, system and regression tests. · Build test automation. · Knowledge of application deployment in a EIT operations setting preferred.
