*Work Description:*
· Develop, maintain, and enhance internally developed IT
applications
· Support third party/vendor IT applications
*Primary Skill Set:
*
· 3+ years of experience in design, development and implementation
of web and client/server applications
· Must have skills and/or experience in several of the following:
o *Languages*: C#, C++, SQL, ASP.NET
o *Databases*: Oracle, SQL Server
o *Toolkits*: Visual Studio .NET
o *Other*: Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Software Architecture,
Configuration Management, Change Management, Web-services, Debugging Tools,
User Interface Design, *Agile* Development
· Must have strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
· Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and
changing priorities
Secondary Skill Set:
· Strong customer service focus
· Must be a self-starter who works well in a global virtual team
· Willingness to work within ExxonMobil processes and IT framework
*Communication skills:*
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in
English
*Nice to have skills:*
Project management experience on small to medium scale application
