Develops conversion and system implementation plans
Develops diagrams and flow charts
Handles multiple programming and analyst assignments concurrently
Prepares system and programming documentation
Supports and services systems
Develops code according to specifications and conducts unit testing
Skill Sets
Required:
Data Movement/ETLM: Informatica
Database: Oracle
Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
Oral Communication: Excellent

Notes:
*Data Architect* position which involves reviewing requirements, defining
solutions, developing data models, and ETL specs in a Oracle/Informatica
environment.
• Analyze project requirements and provide estimates.
• Generate Solution Architecture, Data Model, and ETL specifications that
match requirements.
• Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and
challenges
• Ability to work with Business Analysts and Data Modelers on requirements
gathering/clarification and design.
• Implements and tests new or modified reports and/or programs. Corrects
program errors.
• Works with and advises clients in areas assigned on project needs and
design.
• Ability to estimate work effort for development and enhancement requests.
• Maintains competency in the technology related to responsibilities.
• Review design and documentation with architects.
• Participate in troubleshooting initiatives for issues that arise.
• Understand and utilize BI Team tools, standards, and methodologies for
project management, documentation, system development, and implementation.
• Communicate with customer to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Identify and capture requirements for smaller scale projects, participate
in producing work estimates. • Maintain a productive relationship with
business sponsors and end users.
• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope
and complexity.
• Ensure the systems and the information on them are protected in
accordance with company Information Protection Policies and Standards, as
well as best Information Protection practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• A relevant B.A. or B.S. (or higher) degree.

*• 9-13 years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.; *
*7-11 years of IT experience with M.A. or M.S. *
*• 8+ years of Data Architecture experience. *
*• 8+ years of Oracle experience. *
*• 4+ years of Informatica experience. *
*• 2+ years of PowerDesigner experience 8+ years of DA experience 5+ years
of Informatica experience *
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in architecture and design of complex IT solutions
• Experience in implementation of data governance, administration and
related processes
