This is for my direct client opening for *AmDocs CRM (Clarify) Team Lead –
Atlanta, GA* .This is a *6 months contract position*. The hourly rate is
DOE.



*Description*



Upgrade the existing Amdocs CRM 12SR1 platform to Amdocs CRM 7.5 Classic
Client. The current platform utilizes ClearSupport, Policies & Customers,
Email Manager, Rule Manager and FTS and will include a complete migration of
all the existing functionality to the new Amdocs V7.5 platform. The scope of
work includes providing technical leadership and accountability throughout
the engagement.



*The following is a brief summary of key activities and deliverables to be
completed: *



-          Migrate database schema from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g; Complete
detailed analysis of Clarify schema customizations

-          Collaborate with existing DBA and technical support teams to
plan, execute and validate upgrade scripts

-          Migrate the Clarify Email Clerk to Email Manager;
Migrate/Configure all required functionality and scenarios

-          Identify system dependencies; Plan and Implement updates to other
systems and interfaces

-          Document existing customizations and develop a plan to migrate to
the new V7.5 platform

-          Troubleshoot development, test and production environments
before, during and after the platform upgrade process

-          Interface with other team members located in the U.S., India and
Mexico

-          Provide project manager(s) with frequent status updates



*Required Skills*



-          Minimum five years experience developing on the Clarify product
platform

-          Very strong AmDocs CRM (Clarify) Expertise; Version 12, Version
6, Version 7.5 Classic Client

-          Successful track record of project success; Prior Clarify upgrade
experience is mandatory

-          Hands-On ClearBasic experience; Unix Solaris 2.8, 2.10 and
experience with send mail and shell scripts; Oracle 9i, 10g

-          Hands-On J2EE experience; Weblogic setup configuration and
troubleshooting

-          Very good communication skills

-          Excellent team player with experience working with a global team
environment
