*Length: 12/2009* *Rate: DOE* *The test lead for FEP WAW will ensure that the following responsibilities are met: 1) Systems QA, Regression, performance, and integrated solution testing of FEP WAW, FEP Backend Systems and Commercial solutions, 2) work and expense recovery management for testing services.3) responsible for providing SME leadership for the WAW project, and 3) responsible for test status reporting and updates to program management by working closely with management team Nice to Haves - Quality certification, such as, CMQ, CQA, CQPA, CQT, CSQE, CSSBB Project Management certifications. Required - Minimum of 4 years of testing/product quality experience, experience with testing of these contact center solution vendors: IVR voice xml, Chordiant, CTI, Genesys, and end to end testing of front ended backend host systems. Has project management or leadership experience with a on/offshore testing group • Project management or supervisory experience with a testing group both onshore and offshore • Experience in analyzing customer/solution requirements, system level testing is a must. • Have strong knowledge of the SDLC, testing and EPMM methodologies. • Have an excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills • Have excellent verbal and written technical communication skills. • Experience with automated testing and performance testing tools (Rational Robot, Empirix Hammer.. etc) • Experience with Rational Testing products (Clear Quest, Test Manager.. etc) • Identify, develop and implement engineered test plans to measure the quality of products, releases and features. • Coordinate testing with System/User testers and oversee defect tracking and resolution. • Define and setup new application test beds data and establish testing success criteria • Work closely with Project management and Development team participating in product designs and project discussions. • Can write Project Management Methodology documents (Test Plan Summary and Test Plan)* -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
