JavaScript front end technologies that will be acceptable.  2) C#.NET:
create and consume web services from scratch 3) N-Unit testing *



*Minimum Requirements*:
5+ years’ experience in software engineering

5+ years’ experience with HTML/JavaScript/jQuery
Knowledge of MVC based principles
Sound understanding of CSS

Enterprise Architect (EA)
Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Very much “nice to haves” would be:
C#.Net experience (back end development)

*Job Description:*
Day to day: They will discuss user stories during their daily stand ups and
make sure they have a good understanding of their scope for their 2 week
sprints for the user story/workflow they are expected to code. Responsible
for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local,
network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user
applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or
desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming and
performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming
language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for
installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system
requirements and/or necessary modifications. They will be responsible for
understanding the requirements discussions, working with architects and
senior developers to integrate what they currently have with what they are
going to build. Towards the end of the project they will be working on bugs
that QA finds. They have a bug control system to track and work on bugs
they find and must be able to do JUnit testing. They have the full
architecture and lay out fully designed but candidates will be expected to
write up a technical design document for the modules they are working on
but nothing too heavy. The selected individual can expect to be a part of
weekly OR bi-weekly sprint planning meetings. They run 2 week sprints.

They will be creating web services. The libraries have already been created
but they will be creating new functions, calling the DOA layer, setting up
the GUI, etc. They will be using ajax, JSON and jQuery to call on the
JavaScript. Most of their web services are REST but they also have some
SOAP. Experience with either is acceptable. They use linq to combine their
entity models. They are still calling out the their old legacy code (ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> and VB) but it isn't a requirement for this position.
They are using SQL server 2008 R2. They will not be setting up the
database, most of that is already done and another team within paragon does
these tasks. They are using HTML5 and CSS 3 on the front end as well.
