*Has to have knowledge of Equity Derivatives and come from a hardcore server side background* *Position: Senior Server Side Java Developer to join its US Derivatives IT team* *Location: Stamford, CT* *Duration: Long Term* *Rate: Best Daily* Responsibilities will include: – The systems developer will work within the Equity Derivatives IT working as part of the Stamford-based Front office development team with primary focus on building pricing and parameter infrastructure used in index and single stock derivative and structure products pricing. – Track record of extensive programming and Java development – The successful applicant will have a strong focus on delivery to the business and a will have to rapidly learn about the UBS Equities business and its interactions with other parts of the bank. – *It will be advantageous for the candidate to have a knowledge and experience of Equity Derivatives - both from a business and technology perspective. * – Must demonstrate appreciation/experience of the particular demands posed when working on a challenging technical environment.
