Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education • At least of 10 years of experience in enterprise, application architecture design. • Knowledge of various technologies such as.Net <http://as.net/>. Experience with Java, Mainframe/Cobol is also preferred. • Hands on UML and/or Modeling experience using Rational Software Modeler/Architect (RSM/RSA). • Experience with Business Process Modeling. • Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns and implementations. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations for all levels of management combined with strong collaboration/influencing ability. • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). • Knowledge of Healthcare, Insurance, and/or Financial services industry. *Preferred:* • Hands on design experience with Enterprise Integration design Patterns, preferably with IBM products is a plus. • Technical Understanding of Mobile UI Design Patterns and Mobile Software Design Patterns and Architecture is a plus. • Integration experience with Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> applications is a plus. • Experience in executing large projects in Global Delivery Model. • Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Develop new and unique ways to improve the operations to save operational cost • Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations • Work cooperatively and effectively with the project team • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in best interest of both internal/external stakeholders • Asses situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks and make clear decisions ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Title : Networking chassis design + Creo Location : San Jose, CA Duration : 6 months(Extension is possible) JD: - Networking chassis and sheet metal tray design. Requires 10 + years of experience. - Perform system level and board level thermal analysis, and select/design heat sinks. - Proficient in geometry tolerance (GD&T), and familiar with DFX [assembly (DFA), manufacturing (DFM), …) - Need to familiar with tolerance stack up analysis. - Must have recent experience with Creo 2, minimum of 5,000 hours. - Sheet metal experience is a must, and other such as Heat sink extrusion, plastic is secondary. - Direct electronic packaging experience is preferred. Minimum 7 years’ experience. - Requirement: BSME with 10+ years related experience. Preferred MSME or equivalent.
