*Position Description: * Q/A Test lead that will Plan, lead, manage, coordinate and execute test initiatives for an Annuity Order Entry Replacement Project *Skills Required* -Strong test lead with experience in mainframe and distributed environments is a must. -Position must have strong test lead experience, ability to apply testing experience to large scale projects and to coordinate testing with Business and Technology. Similar experience a must. -Strong knowledge of testing methodology combined with hands on experience in test planning, test condition design, test case and script development, documentation and execution. -Requires strong leadership, communication and coordination skills. Must have strong project management skills. -Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. -The right candidates will have superb verbal and written communication skills. -Must have experience in a mainframe/distributed development environment. -Must have knowledge of testing processes and best practices as well as knowledge of Test Management Tools, including Test Director. -Must have retail brokerage experience. -Position must have knowledge of mainframe and distributed testing *Skills Desired* Industry specific experience is a plus Knowledge and application of automated tools is a plus - Mercury Suite Knowledge of automated test tools for Mainframe applications.
