Work involves utilizing technical knowledge of information systems in web environments, to design, develop, integrate, implement and maintain multiple mobile application platforms. Provides knowledge transfer and mentors the work of others. *Skills/Experience:* · Minimum 8 years of Experience in web design and development, system design, or closely related experience. · Minimum 8 years of Experience in software design and analysis. · Ability to design, schedule, test and install mobile Web pages. · Ability to lead a design and development team. · Ability to implement and deploy a quality mobile experience. · Minimum 5 years of Experience creating storyboards and prototypes demonstrating the look and feel of an application. · Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies. · Knowledge of multi-user and cross-platform architectures. · Knowledge of user interface principles across multiple platforms and cross-browser compatibility. · Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and the techniques used in the design of mobile applications. · Ability to work in a team environment and independently. · Ability to learn new technologies quickly. · Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business. · Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment. · Skill in problem solving, analysis, planning and managing special projects . · Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy; managing work time efficiently in order to complete .assignments in a deadline-oriented environment. · Skill in effective oral and written communication. *Preferences:* · Minimum 5 years of Experience with Mobile application design and development. · Minimum 5 years of Experience with JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS. · Minimum 5 years of Experience with RSA, RAD or Eclipse development environment. · Minimum 2 years of Experience in Responsive Web Design. · Minimum 1 year of Experience developing portlets for WebSphere Portal 8 or 8.5.
