*MUST HAVE:*

   -   *2+ full cycle implementations in SAP Compensation Module in a Global
   environment*
   - ***Sound configuration experience in other HR modules* like Personnel
   Administration/Organizational Management/Benefits/Payroll
   - 2+ yrs experience *HR master data* to support the *SAP Standard Global
   Compensation* process
   - 2+ yrs *documenting current AS-IS master data structure* existing in
   our environment and *designing the TO-BE master data structure* required
   to support the Standard SAP Global Compensation Process.
   - 2+ yrs *SAP Standard Compensation roles required for system
security*and be able work with security team to create security roles
   - 5+ yrs producing the *Technical Design Document* for the Global
   Compensation process during the course of implementation.
   - 1+ yrs - experience in *ECC 5.0 or ECC 6.0* implementations or upgrade
   environments
