Ensure data integrity and reliability is maintained. Confer with Business unit to analyze Requirements and Technical/Application Development Team to brainstorm and deliver data requirements and logical data model. • Ensure to run through checklist and validate the spreadsheet received from Application Teams in the iCart or CRS ticket. • Based on the requirements, standardize the logical names as per Fannie Mae’s Standards with primary qualifier and class words and come up with the best logical name. • Abbreviate the logical names by verifying it in Enterprise Metadata Repository (EMR) and Corporate Data Dictionary (CDD). If it does not exists in EMR contact Enterprise Data Modeling Team and suggest them to add the particular attribute or the entity name into the EMR. • Suggest the Enterprise Data Modeling Team with the correct abbreviation to add it into the EMR. • Modify the Database Change spreadsheet as per the standards and import it to the ER/Studio. • Once import is complete, manually verify all items imported against the spreadsheet • Tag the NPI, Core data, Critical data elements. • If any issues with above, ask the application team to fix the issues and once they fix all the issues, the spreadsheet is “Walkthrough-ready”. • Assigned Tickets to the DBA team for scripting. 2. Why does this need exist? • This is to provide Data Modeling support for Pricing AMTM, GFEE, SFGAGO and other Releases across Credit, Risk, Pricing and Finance. Preferred skills, but not required: • Experience with Database tools usage like ER Studio, TOAD, UNIX Shell scripting.
