• Perform scheduled upgrades for all above applications
• Identify and execute on improvements for above applications including HA
implementations, network enhancements, etc
• Design and implement puppet classes for various automated installs and
monitoring needs for support applications
• Maintain existing automated scripts and write new ones where necessary
for various installation, monitoring, and deployment needs
• Respond to and resolve application and system related outages and
problems
• Help enforce application best practices
• Work with the application intake team to identify software needs and
requirements for development teams and implement any new software purchases
• Maintain and track licenses for all supported applications
• Update and maintain Twiki pages describing system statuses, best practice
procedures, internal tools and software HowTos and the like

· understanding of TCP/IP concepts, networks, load balancers, etc.

Nice to have:

Experience with: Chef, Go, Subversion, Artifactory, Ruby, Gradle, Apache,
Splunk, Nagios, Sensu/Graphite, Geb, Linux, SauceLabs
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 6 years directly

*Middleware Deployment Engineer5 to 7 years of experience*

*Location: Philadelphia*

*Duration 2 months*





*PURPOSE*
The Middleware Deployment Engineer is responsible for the administration
and maintenance of our middleware deployment environment. They will assist
in scale software and package deployments to large scale virtual
environments. The candidate will be a member of a 24x7 team who will also
participate in issue triage and troubleshooting of high-severity,
customer-impacting issues.



*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*
• Branch, tag, build and deploy software to large scale virtual environments
• Work with a 24x7 NOC, development, and support engineers to troubleshoot
issues in production and pre-production environments
• Assist in the administration of the deployment environment (e.g., build &
post RPMs to Yum repositories)
• Identify, implement, and document technical SOPs for maintenance tasks
• Working with development teams to further operationalize their
applications, with a focus on repeatability of , redundancy, and scalability
• Ability to create and maintain policies, standards, and overall system
documentation
• Participate in internal development and testing of monitoring, analytics
and troubleshooting tools

*SKILLS REQUIREMENTS*
• Must have technical support experience in Web/Java/C++/Linux type
applications, either as a system administrator, developer, or QA engineer
• Scripting and/or development background is a must have: develops software
in several modern languages (Ruby, bash, Python, Perl, etc.)
• Expertise with of Unix/Linux environments required, particularly with
respect to virtual/VMWare environments high performance computing
• Hands on experience with puppet, spacewalk, and/or mCollective is very
nice to have
• Experience with git/svn/cvs/yum and software deployment tools
(Capistrano, Fabric, Func) is very nice to have
• Experience with 3rd party platform as a service providers/service
offerings is nice to have
• Extensive knowledge of web software architecture and frameworks
• Familiarity with Nagios, OP5, Splunk, or DynaTrace is nice to have
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Extreme attentiveness to detail
• Solid communications skills

• Ability to work with/in teams in a dynamic organizational environment

*Role: SAP CRM Techno functional Consultant*

*Location: Burbank, CA.*

*Duration:  6 Months*





   - MPM Operations – The Intellectual Properties created in CRM are fed to
   ECC along with select attribute information.  Allows access to view and
   report on the MPM Record in ECC.
   - Reports – Allows access to Web Dynpro (Integrated with Excel) and BO
   Crystal Reports.
   - Support Activities - Knowledge and working experience in CRM 7.0 and
   understanding of ECC 6.0, Proactive Monitoring and System Maintenance,
   L2/L3 Support

SAP IPM is the System of Record for clients .’ intellectual properties
studio-wide and includes:

   - A workflow tool that handles the request, approval, creation and
   maintenance of IP’s, including Non IP’s, Contract IP’s, and Sales Package
   IP’s from within SAP IPM
