The company provides technical services in asset performance, energy efficiency, environmental performance and life cycle management. *RESPONSIBILITIES * The Contract HRIS Analyst is a technical/functional analyst responsible for maintenance, support, operations and expansion of the global human resources information system encompassing over 5,000 employees and 2,000 contractors in 70+ countries. Responsible for functionality, configuration and support of Oracle Fusion and Taleo as well as maintaining interfaces between these systems and Oracle EBS. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst will primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of Oracle Fusion and Taleo by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing and support tasks on a multinational operations level. - Work on a cross functional team to define functional requirements to support international expansion goals and improve current processes - Support and maintain FusionHR including Employee and Manager self-service, Performance Management, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation requirements, configuration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement - Support and maintain Taleo and assist in completion of global implementation in 2015 - Assist with future system upgrades and patches, testing and other system changes in conjunction with IT - Design, document and configure delivered Fusion and Taleo functionality - Maintains system files and tables and develops custom reports as needed - Ensuring data integrity by assisting with adequate processes, audits and interfaces - Support continuous improvement initiatives for the purpose of improving operational efficiencies, business flexibility and responsiveness - Serves as a key support liaison with third parties and other stakeholders - May provide project management for a given HR initiative - Assist in developing end-user procedures, guides and training documentation - Assist in training end-users or clients on new processes and system functionality - Supporting HR Business partners by providing reports, training end users on reporting and performing data analysis and creating Dashboards for HR data *REQUIRED SKILLS * - AAS required, BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business or Human Resources strongly preferred - More than 2 years experience working with applicant tracking systems, Taleo strongly preferred - More than 2 years experience in HRIS with Fusion or PeopleSoft, preferably in a global organization - Knowledge in Oracle EBS with technical and/or strong functional experience in at least two Oracle HR modules - Prior system implementation or system upgrade experience - Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills - Proven experience working with complex project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects - Experience with system configuration, implementations and/ or upgrades - Previous experience in a transactional data environment *DESIRED SKILLS * - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) preferred Please let me know if you need any more information.
