Performance Engineer Minneapolis 12 Months • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years related experience, 3+ years of performance tuning / optimization experience • Experience with end to end performance triage of systems involving multiple technologies, multi-layer architecture [preferably Oracle, Java, DataStage, PL/SQL technologies] • Experience in driving performance optimization for 3rd party vendor packages. • Experience with performance monitoring of a database, server • Ability to suggest scenarios to test performance, gauge response time etc. • Ability to refine hardware sizing, topology for optimized performance. • Experience coordinating with multiple teams for performance triaging. • Ability to lead proactively.
