Our Client is looking for *Oracle Financial IT LEAD Project Manager - Chicago, IL*. This is an 18 - 24 *Months* Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Local candidates are highly preferable. *SUMMARY:* Company is looking for an Oracle Financials IT Project Manager to manage the delivery of the Oracle e-Business Suite Release 12 application and supporting technology integration services for the replacement of the current applications that supports back office financial accounting. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage the IT aspects and deliverables of the implementation of Oracle Financials r12 globally Work with multiple stakeholders (business, vendors, IT, PMO) to ensure successful delivery of the program Provide detailed status reporting to the IT Advisory Board on project progress Provide strong leadership across all aspects of the project The scope of this project will include the implementation of the Financial Services Accounting Hub (FSAH), General Ledger (in conjunction with Sub-Ledger Accounting), and Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules from the Oracle e-Business Suite. The implementation of the Oracle General Ledger module will also include consolidations performed at a global level under international financial reporting standards. *REQUIRED SKILLS: * *Proven ability to deliver large global systems integration projects with Oracle e-Business Suite Release 12. Oracle 11 experience is a must.* Experience with the technical architecture required to host selected software solution. Previous experience with Global technical implementation project delivery. Strong knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite (release 12 is desirable, release 11 is considered essential) Effective global project management skills including the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and balance complex and multiple tasks, stakeholders and projects to ensure target dates and goals are delivered. A proven track record of leadership delivering an organized and structured approach to projects. Leadership capability with a proven ability to define and shape complex projects in the Finance IT area Strong management skills with the ability to influence and lead initiatives within the company and manage and motivate teams towards shared goals. Strong negotiator with an understanding of working with multiple partners in achievement of objectives.
