Role: IT Engineer II Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6 months *Interview: F2F* Top Three Technical Skills: 1. RHEL Server 5/6/7 (5+ years) 2. VMWare Virtual Server Provisioning (5+ years) 3. Unix Server Optimization and Tuning (5+ years) Required Skills/Experience: • Demonstrated experience planning and executing client / server architectural implementations • Demonstrated experience providing client / server infrastructure guidance and thought leadership • 5 years experience working with virtualization technologies including the following: server virtualization, desktop virtualization, Citrix, VMware, MS Hyper-V • 5 years experience with VMware enterprise features (DRS, HA, vMotion, vCB, SRM, Update Manager) • 5 years experience working with blade and rack mount server hardware • 5 years experience with design/build/support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x,6 and 7, including Satellite Server, SUSE • Proficient in performance monitoring, capacity planning, virtualization analysis, and consolidation activities.
