SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: THIS PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO SUPPLEMENT THE SCDMV .NET PROGRAMMING STAFF TO IMPLEMENT A NUMBER OF INITIATIVES INVOLVING BOTH ENHANCEMENTS AND FIXES TO THE SCDMV PHOENIX II SYSTEM. THIS WILL ALSO INVOLVE MOVING STANDALONE VB.NET APPLICATIONS TO A WEB BASED APPLICATION. CONTRACTOR(S) WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE .NET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER DURING THE COURSE OF THIS ENGAGEMENT AND WILL BE PART OF A 3 MEMBER TEAM OF CONTRACTORS WORKING TOGETHER TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE SCDMV APPLICATION SYSTEMS.
