Application Development with: PowerBuilder 7.0, .Net 2.0 w/C#, ASP.net, Visual Basic 6.0 or higher, Crystal Reports 8.5 or higher; 4. Experience with SQL Server 2005 & 2008; 5. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision; 6. Good oral and written communications skills 7. Strong analytical skills; 8. Superior troubleshooting skills on server and application layers. Familiarity with Notary Public commission, regulations and education application and business processes for the Secretary of State and/or familiarity with the Domestic Partner registry or similar functions will be extremely beneficial.
