*Position : Weblogic Admin * *Location : Herndon, VA * *Duration : 6+ Months Phone then Face to Face Must be USC, GC or EAD-GC* *Professional Requirements* · 8+ years of WebLogic administration (10.3.5, 10.3.6, 11C) · 3-4 years of experience with JBoss and Tomcat · 5-6 years of experience with Linux and performance analysis in a Linux environment · Strong Experience with scripting Perl or python · 5-6 years Operations management experience (ideally in a 24x7 environment) with outage and incident management · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (great team player with the ability to work independently) · Experience supporting WebLogic Servers in a Linux operating environment *Other Requirements* · Must be able to work independently · Problem Management · Train and Mentor junior team members *Education Requirements* · Education Level: Bachelor's Degree · Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science · Years' Experience: Generally requires 8+ (10 preferred) years of experience *Desired Skill Set* · Someone who has worked with in various capacities of WebLogic administration in a large, fast-paced corporate environment *Responsibilities* · Work on environment build out and support · Work with consumers to understand requirements (architecture, infrastructure) · Drive outage calls and perform RCA.
