Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions. *Qualification* Educational level: B.S. Business Administration or equivalent Special training or courses: Functionality/configuration (IMG) related to SharePoint, .Net, workflow and other non-SAP 3rd party solutions. Experience with other Quality Management tools is preferred. Minimum technical skills required: SAP module knowledge is good to have; advanced knowledge of computer productivity applications (e.g. MS Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, MS Word, and Excel). Professional certification/licenses: SharePoint and other 3rd party certification Previous experience (type and amount): Experience participating in cross-functional IS projects; Background experience in project management methodologies; Project implementation experience Other essential qualifications: Problem solving skills to resolve issues across Business Unit applications especially in Quality Management; Excellent customer service skills; Able to work effectively as a member of a team; Able to work independently as needed; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
