Best scenario is candidate would live within commutable distance of Dallas - next best thing - initial travel and then remote... Mid to senior level Talend (ETL tool) developer with solid background in SQL and JAVA. The candidate should have some JAVA background as well. For the right person, this can be done mostly remote.
