Lead and mentor a team of onsite and offshore software engineers to produce a high quality product within the specified time frame. Communicate effectively with people having differing levels of technical knowledge. Effectively analyze the costs of implementing software projects, provide accurate estimates, and deliver a high quality and highly performing application on time. Provide application support, problem diagnosis and problem resolution Develop the technical strategy for migrating a search & retrieval research product from its former architecture to a new architecture that emphasizes client-side rendering and server-side state storage. Other duties as assigned. *Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of web application development experience with Java Technologies Minimum of 4 years of experience with Web Application & multi-tiered application development.
